Prospective respondents please note that there will be a one-off site visit in advance of the formal procurement being released. This is due to the upcoming term break. The sit visit will be in Christchurch on 19 and 20 August 2026. The RFP is expected to be published on 24 August 2026.
To register for the site visit, please send an email to procurement@canterbury.ac.nz confirming how many people will be attending over the 2 days. UC reference: 26-053 Lift Maintenance Contracts 2027. The deadline for registering is 2pm Monday 17 August 2026.
Details will be sent to registered organisations closer to the time. It is anticipated that the site visit will take 2 full days.
