This advance Notice of Information (NOI) is to advise that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade will shortly be running a two stage procurement process for the provision of an internally hosted expense and invoice management solution. The Ministry intends to issue a Registration of Interest (ROI) on GETS on 16th of February 2015, selected vendors will then be invited to respond to an RFP towards the end of April.
