Overview

The Ministry is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide an Expense and Invoice Management (EIM) solution to support the Ministry’s travel and expense management processes for its worldwide staff base. Specifically, the solution will manage:
•Reconciliation and approval of trip expenses; including trip cost estimating, pre-approval and recording expenses on-the-go,
•Reconciliation and approval of credit card expenses; including cash withdrawals,
•Reconciliation and approval of statements or invoices that need to be dis-aggregated for approval (or what the Ministry has called “consolidated invoices”), e.g., mobile phone invoices, and
•Staff recoveries and reimbursements
The RoI is the first of a two-stage tender process. Suppliers who successfully meet the Ministry’s requirements will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.
