Overview
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), with the support of the Government of Tokelau (GoT), intends to formally engage with the market in order to identify Early Contractor Involvement services associated with the delivery of infrastructure for an airfield in Tokelau. The scope is to be delivered by one provider who may select to subcontract certain elements.
There will be a particular focus on tenderers’ willingness and ability to operate in Tokelau, consultation with the Taupulega (Council of Elders who govern their atoll) and their ability to maximise the use of local labour and provide training to develop local knowledge and skills.
