Overview
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), with the support of the Government of Tokelau (GoT), intends to formally engage with the market in order to identify Early Contractor Involvement services associated with the delivery of infrastructure for an airfield in Tokelau. The scope is to be delivered by one provider who may select to subcontract certain elements. Please see the attached RFP, RFP response form and appendices for further details.
