**This is a notice of Information**

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade is seeking information for the potential establishment of regional property management services that are resilient and sustainable to delivering and managing its Pacific property portfolio.

At this early stage of investigation, the specific services that have been identified relate to the provision of facilities management and capital project management (construction) services. It has also been identified, given NZ’s role and investment in the Pacific, that these investigations should examine the wider opportunity to help develop local capability within the region in the delivery of these services, with the long-term aspiration of improving building quality across the Pacific.
MFAT wishes to start a conversation with the service provider market to see what opportunities either exist or could be created.
