The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade are seeking registration of interest from experienced suppliers with proposed delivery model solutions for the management of all maintenance, replacement, and capital investment programme and associated services.

The Ministry wants to identify a delivery model that is resilient and takes a sustainable approach to managing and developing the portfolio. This requires a structure that supports the operational performance of the portfolio, and has the Ministry’s values and commitment to the well-being of its people as a core component.

The Ministry is looking for innovative solutions from suppliers, and/or consortiums, of some or all of the services for managing its Pacific property portfolio.
