Overview
The existing toilet, windows, and internal linings across Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are in poor condition. A suitably qualified and experienced main contractor is required who can evidence successfully achieving similar works in an operational environment is required to manage these complex works.
