As agreed with the school and the MoE, this project is to deliver works to upgrade multiple areas around the school.
The scope includes:
• The existing toilets in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 7, and 12 are in poor condition and require a complete refurbishment. The connecting cloak bay vinyl in Block 3 is also in poor condition and needs replacement simultaneously.
• In Blocks 3, 7, and 9 (SKIDS and Playgroup) the existing windows are in poor condition and require replacement.
The carpet in 10 (Library), 12, the hessian wall coverings in Blocks 1, 2, 3 (Room 16), 10 (Library), the ceiling tiles in Blocks 3 (Room 16),10 (Library), vinyl in Block 4, and there is a wall panel in a resource room in Block 11 that is in poor condition, end of life and requires replacement.
