Remove roofing, spouting, downpipes, underlay, netting and insulation as required to selected areas of Blocks 1, 2, 5, 6, 20, 22. Replace with new roofing, spouting, gutters, fixings, downpipes and flashings as required.

Toilet Upgrades are planned for POD 1, 2, 3, 4 and Blocks 22, 6 & 20. Upgrade will include refit of fixtures and fittings to POD1 and 2 & Block 6, and reconfiguration of toilet spaces to POD 2, 3 and 4.
