Remove roofing, spouting, downpipes, underlay, netting and insulation as required to selected areas. Replace with new roofing, spouting, gutters, fixings, downpipes and flashings as required.

Toilet Upgrades are planned for several blocks. Upgrade will include refit of fixtures and fittings, and reconfiguration of toilet spaces.
