This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit a Tender for Main Contractor for:
• Block A roofing, B gutters replacement, C gutter replacement
• Block H: Demolition and replacement of Block H by constructing 2 classrooms on the end of A Block. Includes toilet refurbishment.
• Requirements for phasing and/or staged handover of the project. It is proposed that the refurbishment of the A Block toilets be completed first before the 2020 School term begins.
