This is a 5ya project funded by the MoE and BOT reserve funding.

This will be a closed RFT for Main Contractors for A Block Refurbishments & Toilets Upgrade at Woodstock Primary School.

Scope of works to include all 5ya projects which include:
• A roofing, B gutters replacement, C gutter replacement as shown on the drawings
• Block H: Replacement of Block H by constructing 2 classrooms on the end of A Block.
• Requirements for phasing and/or staged handover of the project. It is proposed that the refurbishment of the A Block toilets be completed first before the 2020 School term begins.
