The project involves redevelopment of two teaching blocks (Block 1 and 3). The Block 1 construction work is to convert 2 teaching spaces to an innovative learning environment and construct a new a breakout area (approximately 40 square metres). The Block 3 construction work involves converting an existing relocatable classroom to 2 teaching spaces and a break out space. The relocatable classroom will essentially be almost entirely rebuilt and extended. The conversion includes new external wall linings, new roof cladding, new windows and doors, internal modernisation, decking and general redecoration. The Block 3 construction is a 12 week programme starting 18 December 2017, and Block 1 is a 12 week programme immediately following the completion of Block 1.
