Tenderer should note the following:

1. An alternative price is requested for the possible 800 mm extension to Block 3.
2. Please show a separate prices for the Blocks 1, 2 and 3.
3. Visits to the school should be arranged through the school office and should in all case be after 3:00 p.m. on school days.
4. Tender results will be published to all tenderers excluding company except for the selected company. Please indicate if this is not acceptable to your company.
5. There is some flexibility around the proposed start date of 18 December 2017 if contractors want to avoid starting before the Christmas break.
