Overview

Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand invites tenders for refurbishment works within Buildings B4 and B9 at Hillmorton Hospital, Christchurch.
The works are to be delivered in accordance with the Contract Documents and Performance Specification, with the objective of upgrading and renewing existing internal areas to achieve compliant, functional, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
The project will be undertaken within a live healthcare environment. The Contractor will be required to plan, programme, and stage the works to ensure continuity of operations and minimise disruption to hospital staff, patients, and ongoing activities. Tenderers must demonstrate appropriate experience, capability, and capacity to deliver works safely and effectively in an operational setting.
A mandatory site visit will be held to enable tenderers to familiarise themselves with the site conditions, access constraints, and project requirements.
Tenders will be evaluated using a weighted attribute model in accordance with the criteria set out in the Request for Tender documentation.
All communications regarding this Request for Tender must be submitted via the GETS Question and Answer service. Submissions must be lodged electronically through the GETS eTenderbox by the specified closing time.
