The works are to be undertaken across the following buildings: Building 1 – Ward HG (Spinal Unit) Building 6 – Physical Medicine Entrance and linkway between Buildings 6 and 4 Building 4 – Minor Surgery Unit Building 13 – Maintenance Office & Workshop (lower roof areas only) Building 9 – Ward GG (Surgical Services) Building 5 – Old Administration Building The project will be delivered under a Medium Works Contract and is based on a performance‑based specification. The Contractor is responsible for confirming the suitability and compatibility of proposed systems with existing roof conditions. The requirement to achieve a weathertight outcome applies to the areas of work undertaken under the Contract and does not extend to rectification of unrelated or latent defects beyond those reasonably identifiable at tender stage. All asbestos-related works are excluded and will be managed separately as an operational expenditure activity. The Champion Centre is excluded from the scope. Burwood Hospital will remain fully operational during the works. Tenderers must allow for all health and safety, infection control, access, staging, and operational constraints associated with working in a live hospital environment. Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Waitematā District (the Principal) is seeking to procure the services of a Vector approved High Voltage (HV) Electrical Contractor to deliver the design and build of HV Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the North Shore Hospital (NSH) campus (the Project). The Principal is undertaking the Design and Build of Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the NSH Campus. The NSH site currently has at least 10 Low Voltage (LV) and 2 x Medium Voltage (MV) electrical tariff meters. These shall be replaced by two HV site boundary meters. Decommissioning of these LV and MV meters and their removal may form part of this scope as a variation, other than substation 4 which shall be included. The existing HV entry point on Shea Terrace is part of the NSH owned and maintained Substation 4. Modifications to this substation are required to facilitate the new metering. This is the primary (dedicated) feed from the local Vector Wairau zone substation. A new substation (Substation 6) provisioning for a 1 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA) transformer shall be established along the northern boundary with Carmel College which will also include a new HV meter. This will intercept the existing secondary backup feed, also from the Wairau zone substation. Note: The current Vector demarcation of the secondary supply of the NSH site is currently at substation 3 by the Whenua Pupuke building, not at Shakespeare Rd itself. The new demarcation point shall be this new Substation 6. Although the HV network within the NSH site is privately owned, all works should comply with Vector standards unless authorised by the Principal. Note: Other Health NZ Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract term of the contract awarded as a result of this procurement. The HV Contractor will be required to provide the same terms and conditions and the same / similar pricing and commercial settings.

Overview:	Health New Zealand \| Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) invites proposals from suitably qualified providers to deliver peer-led mental health and addiction crisis support services in Te Tai Tokerau (Northland). This procurement supports the Government's investment in expanding Peer Support Specialists in Emergency Departments (PSS-ED) and establishing community-based Crisis Recovery Cafés. These services aim to improve outcomes for people experiencing mental health and addiction-related distress by providing timely, recovery-focused, peer-led support that complements existing hospital and community services. Health NZ is seeking providers for up to three service lots: Lot 1: Peer Support Specialists in the Emergency Department at Whangārei Hospital. Lot 2: Community-based Crisis Recovery Café services in Whangārei. Lot 3: Community-based Crisis Recovery Café services in the Mid North. Respondents may submit proposals for one, two or all three service lots. Each proposal will be evaluated independently, and Health NZ may award contracts to one provider or multiple providers where this represents the best overall public value and service outcomes. Successful providers will establish and deliver high-quality peer support services that are grounded in lived experience, culturally responsive, and well integrated with local hospital, specialist mental health and addiction, primary care and community services. Services are expected to strengthen recovery pathways, reduce avoidable emergency department presentations, improve access to community-based support, and enhance outcomes for tāngata whaiora and their whānau. This is an open competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). A weighted attribute evaluation methodology will be used, with a two-envelope process whereby price will be assessed separately from quality. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to deliver the required services within the published funding allocation.
