The Department of Corrections (the Department) is seeking information from the market in response to this Request for Information (RFI).

Part 1 of the RFI provides further details about our requirement for a vehicle telematics solution (specifically regarding system integration).
Part 2 is the response form which we would like interested suppliers to use to respond to this RFI.

Interested suppliers who are able to propose solutions based on our specified requirements should consider responding to the questions posed in Part 2.

Please note, this is only a Request for Information; at this stage, the Department is only seeking information from the market to see what solutions can be provided. The information obtained from the market will be used to inform an investment case with solution availability from qualified and capable suppliers, and estimated costing data.

Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential if they are commercially sensitive. The Department reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all respondents should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other respondents.
