This service is for people under Corrections management, not staff and must be delivered nationwide. The insurance and liability caps are as follows:<br><br>Insurance<br>The Supplier must have the following minimum levels of insurance, taken out with a reputable insurer (being an insurer who, from the Start Date to the End Date, maintains a rating of A+ or more as determined by Standard and Poor’s): <br>1. Public liability insurance of $1,000,000 for any one event. <br>2. Professional indemnity insurance of $1,000,000 for any one claim and $8,000,000 in the aggregate for all claims in the insurance policy period.<br>3. Statutory liability insurance of $ 1,000,000 for any one claim and in the aggregate for all claims.<br>4.
