The Department of Corrections (the Department) is seeking a Main construction contractor to carry out the refurbishment of its new Community Corrections site in Dunedin.

The scope of work includes the following construction activities;

• Building Services – HVAC systems, plumbing & site drainage, electrical, lighting and fire.
• General construction – demolition of existing fit-out, structural openings x3, timber framing, aluminium joinery, carpentry, external tool shed, security gates, external fire egress stairwell.
• Interior fit-out – plasterboard lining, suspended ceilings, doors, wall linings, painting, joinery, fixed furniture.
