The Department of Corrections (the Department) is seeking a main construction contractor to carry out the refurbishment of its new Community Corrections site in Dunedin.
This is the second stage of a two stage procurement process and is a closed tender process with the shortlisted respondents from the ROI stage.

Please note: it is anticipated that the proposed form of contract will be distributed via GETS to respondents by close of business Monday 2nd December 2019.
