Overview

The New Zealand Department of Corrections (the Department) and the New Zealand Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are seeking a Facilities Management and Asset Management (FM/AM) services provider/s across their entire national footprint.

The Department and MoJ are looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience, and infrastructure to deliver the services nationally.

This opportunity represents one of the largest outsourced contracts in Australasia, and entails the integrated management of in excess of NZ$4 billion of assets.
