The New Zealand Department of Corrections and the New Zealand Ministry of Justice manage approximately 300 facilities across New Zealand, with a combined asset value of approximately NZ$4 billion.
Our two organisations have outsourced the provision of Facilities Management and Asset Management (FM/AM) services across our sites for a number of years, and are now seeking Expressions of Interest from potential service providers for the future provision of FM/AM services across our New Zealand wide operations.
Collectively, our two organisations are seeking to build on the progress made on our established outsourced services arrangements by securing a world-class service provider(s) of these services to drive excellence across our diverse estates and to ultimately support achievement of justice sector outcomes.

Please note that the Expressions of Interest process includes optional collaboration sessions. If you wish to attend the first collaboration session on 19 or 20 December 2016, you must return the relevant form distributed with the Expressions of Interest to the above email by 5pm on Thursday 15 December 2016.
