Ōtākaro Limited, representing the Te Pae Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre, is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide elements of Fixtures, Fitting and Equipment (FFE) for Te Pae.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the cornerstones of the regeneration of Christchurch. The Te Pae precinct is located on two city blocks in the very heart of the CBD. It is one of the few new facilities being developed in the central city, and with the events it will host and the visitors it will attract, it will be critical to the goal of increasing activation in the city centre.

Ōtākaro is not looking for a single supplier/solution for FFE. It is envisaged that packages will be procured in accordance with Appendices A and B.

HIGH VALUE PACKAGES: Interested suppliers are not required to contact Ōtākaro at this stage. High value packages will be advertised via GETS in accordance with the indicative timelines provided in Appendix A.

LOW VALUE PACKAGES: Interested suppliers are required to contact Ōtākaro (using the form provided in Appendix C) by no later than 5pm, Thursday 18 April 2019 if they are interested in being considered for these packages. Suppliers will subsequently be invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the indicative timelines provided in Appendix B.
