Ōtākaro Limited is seeking tenders or responses from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to supply and install office furniture and equipment for the Te Pae Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Te Pae construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2020 and is designed to be flexible and responsive to every event requirement, catering for groups of 200 to 2000 delegates.
Ōtākaro is seeking tenders for supply and installation of the following items, in accordance with the schedule of rates (Appendix 2 – Response Form 1 of the RFT):
Office chairs and integrated office desks/workstations and dividers;
Executive office style desk and chairs;
Office Tambours, under desk filing cabinets; and
White boards, waste bins, wall clocks and floor safe.
