Waikato District Council (WDC) is seeking a suitably experienced civil contractor to deliver the Tamahere Drive pavement rehabilitation and urban upgrade physical works (between RP: 0.123 and RP: 1.325) under one contract. The works include pavement rehabilitation, removal of the existing aggregate stockpile site, approximately 40 new diagonal parking spaces, a designated pedestrian crossing point, associated drainage and utility adjustments, traffic management, environmental controls, quality assurance, reinstatement and handover documentation.

The successful contractor must safely deliver the controlled design, comply with all consent and statutory requirements, manage live-road and community interfaces, and achieve Practical Completion by 5 April 2027.
