Waikato District Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive Technology Audit. This procurement seeks to establish a clear, accurate, and comprehensive understanding of the current technology and data landscape. At present, this landscape is characterised by gaps in governance, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as inconsistencies and reliability concerns. The outcomes of this engagement will inform and enable a structured programme of stabilisation, simplification, and standardisation. This programme is intended to reduce operational risk, improve overall system integrity, and provide a strong, scalable foundation for future technology transformation initiatives.
