Waikato District Council is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers capable of delivering Security Services and/or Noise Control services across the district.
Security Services include:
•Monitoring: 24/7 security alarm monitoring including installation of permacom/sim cards (or similar) for monitoring if needed.
•Patrols and Lockups: nightly lock ups for public facilities and scheduled security patrols of specific council facilities (internal and external). These facilities and occurrences may change over the course of the contract.
Reactive
•Staff Escorts and Static Guards: staff escorts and the provision of static guards at council events or facilities when needed.
•Callouts and Patrols: reactive security alarm callouts and patrols and contacting of relevant services and council staff (facilities team) when alarm is triggered.
Noise Control Services include:
•Responding to noise control complaints during business hours, and after hours: During business hours, Waikato District manages noise control complaints via their own call center. Hamilton City Council are contracted to provide an after-hours call center for noise control complaints. 24 hours a day, using these call centers, noise control complaints are logged as service requests and dispatched to the security services contractor.
