The key objectives of this procurement are:
To engage with a qualified and experienced partner who can provide consulting services and support to enable the HRIS Phase 2 requirements to be successfully implemented.

This will include:
1. Design scoping work,
2. Configuration (recommendations and doing the configuration),
3. Full design documentation including detailed screen shots to enable WDC to support the design in the future,
4. Support with user acceptance testing and issue resolution,
5. Promotion across environments when the design/configuration is tested and signed off by all parties.
6. Support with technical requirements for integration with other systems, including jointly engaging with the third-party providers WDC utilize for these systems such as Datacom (payroll partner).
