Waikato District Council (WDC) is the local government authority for the Waikato District. It is critical that all assets are well maintained to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose through robust maintenance processes.

WDC is looking to identify and select a preferred supplier for the provision of Facilities Maintenance Services. The contract will require a strong, collaborative relationship.
