To purchase Workday Help to enable employees to access self-service resources for addressing queries and submitting HR and Finance requests, such as enquiries regarding payroll or expenses. The ‘content’ which would sit in Knowledge Management includes training guidance, system steps, FAQs, videos, and links to other useful info like policies etc. This ‘content’ needs to be available for end users for phase one to support their adoption & capability uplift.
• This procurement for Workday Help is the only module that UC hasn’t currently purchased out of the Workday People Experience ecosystem. Workday Help was not included in the original Workday software purchase due to this module not being available at the time of the RFP.
• This was initiated after Phase 1 design and SoW development with Accenture who recommended UC adopt Workday Help. Workday Help was not included in the original RFP.
• UC has conducted an assessment of Service Now, Workday Help to determine the best solution.
