This scope of this procurement defines the requirements for the inspection, cleaning, servicing, certification, and reporting of Commercial Kitchen extract hoods, grease filters, ductwork, and associated equipment across the University’s estate under a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
The objective is to:
* Maintain compliance with statutory and insurance requirements.
* BWOF Compliance requirements
* Reduce fire risk.
* Ensure hygienic operation.
* Support asset longevity.
* Minimise disruption to teaching, research, and lease holder activities.
