The University of Canterbury invites proposals from shortlisted contractors for the delivery of enabling and structural works.

This opportunity forms part of a wider programme to strengthen and refurbish an existing building. The enabling works will prepare the building for subsequent refit activities and support the safe and efficient delivery of the overall project.

The works include selective strip-out, decant activities, structural strengthening, and coordination of associated building services. This includes services relocations to be delivered on a Design & Build basis to support the structural strengthening works.

The works will be undertaken within an operational university environment and will require careful planning, coordination, and collaboration with the University and the wider project team.
