This RFQ requirement is for an IQP (independent qualified person) to carry out annual inspections and provide Form 12A certifications for the nominated specified systems, across all UC campuses.
We have included an opportunity for a site visit during the course of next week, however this will only be conducted if needed. As a shortlisted respondent, please advise via the questions section on GETS or alternatively, email procurement@canterbury.ac.nz if you require a site visit. Exact date and time will be confirmed, should respondents deem a site visit necessary.
The deadline to submit quotes including supporting documents, is 3pm, Friday the 10th of April.
If you are not able to carry out the work for the full scope, please advise which systems you are quoting for. The response form has also been amended with checkboxes to assist. If you are able to carry out work for all systems, please confirm this in your response.
