WHAT WE NEED

The University of Canterbury (UC) is looking for a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) cloud based SaaS solution to support the Facilities Management (FM) department.

UC is seeking proposals from professional companies with a high level of experience and an excellent track record in the installation, provision, and support of IWMS.

The preferred supplier will offer a value-based IWMS to replace the now-obsolete software used by FM for managing maintenance work orders, UC’s physical assets and allow for the transfer of existing data from an on-premises server type platform to the cloud.

FM wish to move to a future-proof platform which will be pro-actively extended over time by the software vendor to incorporate new technologies which become available to property management teams.

Through the introduction of this new system UC is looking to increase the maturity of its facilities, asset management processes, and operations and thus increase its ability to support UC in its strategic and operational needs.
