The University of Canterbury (UC) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified suppliers who are interested in delivering managed print services to the University.

The intended Scope for this EOI will include, but is not limited to:

• Supplying, managing, and supporting Multi-function Devices (MFD), Single function Devices (SFD to deliver high quality, reliable, cost effective and value-added print/copy/scanning services to the University of Canterbury
• Supporting the University’s commitment to sustainability via reducing use of paper, consumables and energy alongside greater emphasis on recycling
• Providing innovative printing-as-a service solutions to leverage off newly available technologies to drive process improvement, cost effectiveness and value
