The Pūtaiao Koiora Building Project consists of the demolition of the existing six-storey Pūtaiao Koiora building and subsequent rebuild of a circa 6,000m2 Multi-storey Research and Teaching facility of predominantly PC2 Laboratory space and supporting functions on the same site but over a larger footprint.

This ROI is part of a two-staged Procurement process to appoint a Quantity Surveyor, Cost & Commercial Services to support UoC in the delivery of this project.
