UC is seeking a contractor to carry out refurbishment works in the toilets and the creation of a communications room in the Locke and Logie Buildings.

This project requires the physical works to be commenced in June and completed efficiently with regard to the continued occupation of the building, all to a programme to be agreed with the University.
Scope of works includes:
. Upgrade of existing finishes and sanitary ware in the toilets in the Locke and Logie Buildings
. Creation of new Comms room in Locke and Logie Buildings
. Conversion of Rest Room into storage area
