The University of Canterbury (UC) wishes to provide more on-campus accommodation for its growing student roll. A 2 storey, apartment-style development primarily for postgraduate students is proposed on the Dovedale Campus in Ilam, Christchurch. The contract will include:
• Design from concept to completion;
• Construction of the facility including connection to UC infrastructure at the site boundary;
• The contract will not include loose furniture, but may include built in desk/wardrobe etc.
