The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide potential service suppliers with information to enable them to engage with the University of Canterbury (University) prior to release of our call to market under a Request for Tenders (RFT). The University is interested to understand how comprehensively suppliers in the market may be able to provide solutions to ongoing decanting, relocation (including the movement in and out of heavy and research machinery, sensitive specialised equipment , hazardous chemicals, fit for purpose preparatory small works in addition to straightforward office 'box and bookcase' relocations) and offsite storage requirements.

A pre-tender market engagement and site inspection is proposed for 1 July - this RfI contains a response form for interested parties to register their interest.
