This ROI is a closed competitive secondary procurement with the current AoG PTAS panel. The delivery of improved outcomes for tamariki and rangatahi in our care and enabling new services and practices will require the implementation of new technologies and services. The provision of new services also must recognise the need to support new technologies and working from home/remote user requirements. The Oranga Tamariki Tech and Channels (T&C) team has a ‘Cloud Only’ strategy. The implementation of secure cloud printing will help us to reduce the administration and the time burden kaimahi currently experience in their day-to-day mahi.
This ROI will gather detailed information from you regarding cloud printing solutions. We seek to understand how these solutions will enhance our print management capabilities, reduce costs and align with our strategic objectives.
The objective of this process is to deliver a secure, cost-effective, fit-for-purpose cloud-based printing solution that allows all Oranga Tamariki users nationwide, to print from any location using an Oranga Tamariki managed device.
