MPI would like to identify lease properties which will be available for occupation from March 2017 that could accommodate its Auckland Hub.

MPI’s Auckland Hub will comprise a number of spaces, including offices, warehousing, specialist training and inspection rooms, a dog handling facility and parking. The indicative total floor area requirement is approximately 8,000 sqm.

MPI would prefer for its Hub to be within a 7.5 kilometre driving distance from Auckland International Airport.
