MPI is building a new Plant Health and Environment Laboratory (PHEL) in Auckland, which is expected to be completed in 2028. The facility will include PC2 and PC3 laboratories, a PC3 greenhouse, and a modern workplace hub designed to support cutting-edge research and innovation. The Plant Health and Environment Capability (PHEC) project is delivering this facility and is currently determining what laboratory equipment may need to be purchased and how best to structure this under current or future Laboratory Equipment Panels. This RFI seeks market information to support this planning.
