The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) are looking to procure a full-service advertising agency, to act as our preferred agency for marine biosecurity behaviour change campaign requirements. The purpose of a preferred agency partnership is to build capability, knowledge, and experience for the development and implementation of our marine biosecurity behaviour change campaign work. We are looking for an agency who can build on the foundational look and feel of MPI’s ‘Protect our Paradise’ marine biosecurity campaign and deliver measured creative evolutions that are supported by strong and effective media strategies.
