Laptops have been procured through direct purchase to support the MPI desktop refresh programme. MPI currently owns 1,307 laptops purchased between 1 July 2025 and 30 April 2026 and is now exploring leasing options for these assets.

MPI is seeking a lease solution for these laptops, with a target lease of up to 3 years, commencing 1 July 2026 and ending no later than 30 June 2029.
