MPI is undertaking a HR Modernisation Programme to transform its human resources operating model, processes, systems, and workforce experience to better support organisational outcomes and strategic priorities.
To support successful delivery, the Agency will engage an Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) provider to provide objective, evidence-based assurance across key phases of the Programme, from project initiation through to go-live readiness. This will ensure that:

Programme design decisions, particularly for HR and payroll, are fit-for-purpose and sustainable

Delivery risks, especially those relating to payroll accuracy and system integration, are identified early and effectively managed

The Programme maintains a clear line of sight to successful implementation and stable operations at go-live
