This RFP relates to the purchase of an appropriate automated liquid handling instrument (“robot”) suitable for plate set up of molecular assays for qPCR and next generation (NGS)/high throughput sequencing (HTS) workstreams at the Plant Health and Environment Laboratory (Auckland site). The outcome we want to achieve is an instrument that is fit for purpose, robust, straight forward to use, appropriately sized and easy to maintain.
