This RFP is issued by the Ministry for Primary Industries, referred to below as “the Buyer” or “we” or “us”.

MPI is seeking a reliable and scalable taxi services solution to support nationwide operations.
This procurement aims to deliver improved value and service quality, centralised billing and reporting, and an enhanced staff experience through the integration of a ride-share app or booking platform.
The solution must provide nationwide taxi coverage, digital booking and tracking, cashless account-based payments, and robust performance management.
It should include responsive customer support and comply with MPI’s health, safety, and security standards.
