Overview

We are seeking a supplier to provide a range of support and maintenance services for the BCTS. These services are required to ensure the continued reliability, performance, and resilience of critical border control applications. Specifically, we are procuring:

• 24x7 support and maintenance for the BCTS suite of applications
• Continuity management services, including annual disaster recovery rehearsals to validate readiness.
• Bug fixing and feature enhancement capabilities to ensure the system remains fit-for-purpose and evolves with operational needs.
• Relevant technical capability to deliver the above services effectively and reliably.

The supplier will have the opportunity to bid on BCTS projects as these become a priority for MPI, including project work up to $500k that MPI may elect to award directly to the supplier. The intent is that any project work will be contracted with the supplier under the same terms and conditions.
