MPI is seeking a lease solution that can provide MPI a lease arrangement for Meeting Room Equipment for a 4-year term (1 October 2025 – 30 September 2029). We are seeking a quote that offers the best value-for-money over the whole-of-life of the contract.
MPI has contracted ConnectNZ Limited to provide the hardware, implementation and ongoing support services for the Meeting Room solution. The equipment phase contract commenced on 24 July 2025. The equipment will be ordered by ConnectNZ and delivered to ConnectNZ’s warehouse before being transferred to and installed at MPI sites – nationwide, room by room.
